All set in a farming location with sheep, horses, ducks and chickens in adjacent fields. The property is 3 miles from the sea and 3 miles from Dartmoor. Within easy reach of Salcombe, Thurlestone, Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Plymouth.
The Orchard has recently been completely renovated and offers comfort with simplicity, and fantastic access to the sea and Devon countryside.
