A stylish and contemporary holiday apartment set above the cliff top adjacent to Thurlestone Sands beach in the South Hams and just a few miles from Salcombe.
Oceans Edge, a prestigious development, occupies a position which can only be described as stunning, overlooking Thurlestone Rock, with views across the bay to Thurlestone Village and the South Huish Nature Reserve.
The spacious open-plan living room has a double height vaulted ceiling and curtained glass windows with views over the South Huish Nature Reserve and surrounding farmland. Furnished in a comfortable yet contemporary style throughout with plasma-screen tv, video/dvd player, dvd library and Bose® I-pod docking-station. French doors from the living room and main bedroom open onto a balcony furnished with brightly coloured 'director style' chairs and a 'cafe' table.
The well-equipped designer kitchen has a ceramic hob, quartz work-tops, electric double ovens, integrated dishwasher, microwave, fridge, separate freezer and table to seat up to six. Off the hallway there is a utility room with washing machine, tumble-drier.
There are two stunning bedrooms both with luxury hotel-quality beds and 'The White Company' bed linen. The main bedroom has a super kingsize double bed measuring 180x200cm (6' x 6'6'), oak drawer unit, large fitted wardrobe, flat screen TV with FreeView plus DVD and an ensuite mosaic tiled shower room with power shower, sink, WC and heated towel rail.
The second bedroom has two single luxury zip-and-link 90 cm (3') beds, oak drawer unit, free-standing wardrobe, flat screen TV with FreeView and a window with views over the South Huish Nature Reserve. The beds can be linked together to form a super kingsize double bed. In addition to the en-suite there is a fully tiled mosaic bathroom with bath, power-shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail
All bed linen and towels are, 'The White Company', pool towels are provided from May until the middle of September. Ten Oceans Edge is furnished to a high standard with wooden floors throughout and under-floor heating in all rooms.
