About Pollywagtails:
New in 2007! Stone barn conversion into a delightful holiday cottage on a working farm. Very quiet and peaceful location overlooking Otter Valley, in the centre of the Blackdown Hills. Lovely views and pretty walking area.
Situated 2 miles off A303, 1 mile from village and within easy reach of Sidmouth/Lyme Regis or any of the East Devon coastline. Several gardens are in the area Forde Abbey, Bicton etc. Dartmoor and Exmoor just hours drive and Cornwall can be easy reached for a day trip.
The living room is spacious with woodburning fire. Gallery style well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. You also have your own lawn outside with garden furniture.
Enjoy lovely walks on the Blackdown Hills and listen to birds singing or catch a fish in our farm pond which is stocked with Carp and Rudd. Breakfasts and dinners can be taken in the farmhouse if you do not want to cook. Terms include linen, towels and electricity.
