About Lewdon Farm Citrine:
Charming converted cottage set in a peaceful, secluded spot close to the village of Cheriton Bishop on the edge of Dartmoor and enjoy panoramic countryside views. Both cottages are near, but not overlooked by the owner's farmhouse, and each have their own gardens and parking areas. Spacious and attractive, they provide very comfortable, modern accommodation in this very peaceful location. The properties are 12 miles west of Exeter and just five minutes from the A30 giving great access to the whole of the West Country.
A charming, well equipped play area, with trampoline, swings and toys is provided.
Come here too, to be cosseted and totally relax, for within the grounds of Lewdon Farm is a special yoga room, two treatment rooms, steam room and hot tub cabin. All these facilities are available to guests by arrangement with the owners and for an additional charge. Add aromatherapy massage, reflexology or Indian head massage and you have 'Baobab' at Lewdon Farm.
A comfortable, detached cottage with lots of knotted beams and attractive window views.
Entrance hall with lots of room for coats and Wellingtons. Door into polished wood floored living room with chintz covered sofa and chairs, TV/video, a wood burner, dining table to seat 6 and dresser well stocked with books, videos and games. Arch to inner hall. Well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, washer/dryer, dish-washer and microwave. Pretty ground floor twin bedroom with 3ft beds and pine furniture. Adjacent shower room with electric shower, basin and WC. Wood stairs to two double bedrooms both have attractive 4ft 6in beds and unusual angled ceiling beams. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and wc.
Private parking area and path down to the cottage bordered by lawn areas to a gravelled patio and picnic bench, over-looking adjacent stock proof fenced meadows.
