Inglenook Cottage is a double fronted, 18th century, terraced property set in a prominent position in the quaint, Devonshire village of Langtree. A charming cottage, recently refurbished to provide comfortable and attractive accommodation for young families, walkers or couples, having easy access to the Tarka Trail and the North Devon and Cornish coastline, with its sweeping beaches at Westward Ho!, Bude and Widemouth Bay. This makes an excellent base from which to explore the beautiful, scenic landscape of this part of Devon or slightly further afield, slip into Cornwall for the day. Tea, coffee and milk provided on arrival.

Front double door entrance from the road into lobby with second glazed door into a cosy living room with beams, two 2 seater sofas, large exposed stone fireplace with multi-fuel woodburner and old bread oven to one side, flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD. Dining area with circular table and seating for 4. Half step into modern fitted kitchen with worktops on three sides, built in electric oven, ceramic hob, cooker hood, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer and plenty of cupboards. Stairs from living room to landing with bunk bedroom at one end and double bedroom at the other. Double bedroom with 4ft 6ins bed and bunk bedroom with 3ft bunk beds. Both bedrooms have recessed windows to the front. Bathroom with roll top bath, hand held shower, heated towel rail, airing cupboard, basin and wc.

A small, enclosed detached garden with patio, picnic bench and barbecue is approximately 20 yards from the cottage, adjoining the side of a chapel, quiet position with occasional choir practice! At the back of the cottage, accessed via a public bridleway, is the Langtree Playing Field with climbing frame, slide, swings, junior football pitch and picnic benches.
