About Park Gardens:
Park Gardens is located in the centre of the picturesque village of Lynton. It is a short walk to all the local amenities and there is easy access to Hollerday Hill and the stunning Valley of the Rocks complete with wild goats. The famous cliff railway descends from the village down to Lynmouth where there are great places to eat and you can walk up to the beautiful waterfalls at Watersmeet.
Exceptionally well equipped, the house has a TV, DVD / video, and a music centre including CD player and radio. There are games, books and maps of the local area and an extensive rage of tourist information leaflets. The kitchen comprises of an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dish washer, washing machine and toaster. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The gardens rise up steeply behind the house affording magnificent views of the coast. You can bask on the sun deck or climb up to the top terrace, through the beautiful well stocked garden, to enjoy the views across the Bristol Channel to Wales.
Pets are very welcome and there is a dog sitting service available by arrangement to allow you the freedom to visit those places in the area that are not dog friendly.

A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking and the holiday must be paid for in full 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. A dog sitting service is offered at £10 per day or part thereof.
