This is a cottage with a combined kitchen (gas cooker), diner and living room.

With the front doors onto the patio and garden, it is a bright and sunny place to stay. There is a fridge with freezer box.

Upstairs is a double bedroom, full bathroom and twin room with 2'6" beds. The double will accommodate a small cot, and the twin requires 1 bed space to take the cot, so this is a perfect cottage for smaller families.

The cottages are in beautiful rural setting close to the South West Coast Path and A39; Hartland village is 1.5 miles, Clovelly 2.5 miles, Westward Ho! and Bude both 14 miles.

Cottages are all equipped to Visit Britain 3* standard, each has own garden, patio and barbecue.

There is a communal laundry, games room, sauna, childrens' play equipment and sesasonal 6-hole fun golf and games lawns.

Cots and highchairs available.
