An unconventional cottage with external access steps to the first floor, from which there are stunning views to the ornamental gardens and countryside beyond.
There is a bright and sunny kitchen/diner with gas cooker, fridge, microwave, etc. on this floor. The living room is attached and has TV/DVD/video.
There is a double bedroom which will take a cot, a twin room with full-size pull out bed for third person (reverts to twin room if cot is needed) and full bathroom downstairs (ground floor). The twin rooms looks out to the patio and gardens, and beautiful rural views beyond.

The cottages are in beautiful rural setting close to the South West Coast Path and A39; Hartland village is 1.5 miles, Clovelly 2.5 miles, Westward Ho! and Bude both 14 miles.
Cottages are all equipped to Visit Britain 3* standard, each has own garden, patio and barbecue.
There is a communal laundry, games room, sauna, childrens' play equipment and sesasonal 6-hole fun golf and games lawns.
Cots and highchairs available.
