A single storey cottage with four broad steps on access. Heron has 3 bedrooms: double with ensuite shower room (cot only fits in this room when all rooms occupied), and bunk room adjacent.
The twin bedroom plus additional shower room, are at the opposite end of the cottage. Together the facilities combine to make Heron an ideal cottage for larger parties.
Heron has a kitchen-diner with electric cooker, microwave etc and archway to the living room with TV/DVD/video.
There is access by French doors onto the south facing patio and garden. This makes the cottage bright and airy and family friendly.

The cottages are in beautiful rural setting close to the South West Coast Path and A39; Hartland village is 1.5 miles, Clovelly 2.5 miles, Westward Ho! and Bude both 14 miles.
Cottages are all equipped to Visit Britain 3* standard, each has own garden, patio and barbecue.
There is a communal laundry, games room, sauna, childrens' play equipment and sesasonal 6-hole fun golf and games lawns.
Cots and highchairs available.
