This lovely cottage has full ground floor facilities, so may suit guests with limited mobility.

There's a double bedroom, full shower room and kitchen/living room with access to patio via French doors with a sunny, south facing garden, beyond. TV/DVD/video in the living room with wood-burner style gas stove.

Upstairs there is a twin room with full bathroom. A cot can be accommodated in the double room.

All these benefits make Cormorant a very flexible cottage suitable for family or two couples.

The cottages are in beautiful rural setting close to the South West Coast Path and A39; Hartland village is 1.5 miles, Clovelly 2.5 miles, Westward Ho! and Bude both 14 miles.

Cottages are all equipped to Visit Britain 3* standard, each has own garden, patio and barbecue.

There is a communal laundry, games room, sauna, childrens' play equipment and sesasonal 6-hole fun golf and games lawns.

Cots and highchairs available.
