A peaceful and private cottage with triple-aspect living room beautiful rural views and a sunny south-facing patio. It has a fully equipped kitchen/diner with gas cooker. The cottage has a spacious double bedroom and full bathroom. Fridge/TV/DVD/Video.
There is a wood-burner style gas stove to make this a warm and cosy spring, autumn or winter cottage. This cottage is absolutely ideal for couples and is very popular with our regular clientele.

The cottages are in beautiful rural setting close to the South West Coast Path and A39; Hartland village is 1.5 miles, Clovelly 2.5 miles, Westward Ho! and Bude both 14 miles.
Cottages are all equipped to Visit Britain 3* standard, each has own garden, patio and barbecue.
There is a communal laundry, games room, sauna, childrens' play equipment and sesasonal 6-hole fun golf and games lawns.
Cots and highchairs available.
