We offer the major wing of a lovely Grade Two listed 17th century farmhouse set in the picturesque rolling countryside of North Devon.
3 bedrooms, 1 twin, 1 double, 1 double with additional single, all ensuite.
Georgian drawing room with TV/video, hall with Jacobean staircase, dining room with radio/CD/cassette, kitchen with dishwasher and billiard room with full sized snooker table.
Full central heating, cot and high chair available. Use of washing machine and dryer.
Garden area, outdoor table and chairs and barbecue.

Both properties have central heating, dishwashers, use of a washing machine and dryer, TV/video, radio/CD/cassette, cots and high chairs (upon request), private garden area and use of the swimming pool, fishing lake, barbecue area, play areas and grounds and our own woodland walk.
