About Spring Cottage:
Spring Cottage is an idyllic retreat away from the hustle and bustle to relax ideal for exploring the local surroundings of Devon and the world heritage of the Jurassic Coast.
In a quiet and secluded location, Spring Cottage was built in 2006 to the highest of standards. It is a luxurious oak framed property with beautiful open beam features and Inglenook fireplaces. The downstairs of the cottage benefits from oak floors with underfloor heating and the upstairs is carpeted throughout.
Set in just under an acre of land there is a substantial paved area with garden furniture and a beautifull grassed lawn. This property features automatic gates to the front with intercom system and can accommodate at least 5 vehicles.
Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen/lounge/diner - fully equipped with fridge, Aga, microwave and all modern conveniences. Laundry room housing washing machine, tumble dryer and American fridge freezer. Breakfast bar with six stools. Large oak dining table with seating for 10. Lounge area with settees and television unit.
Ground floor shower room with sauna and toilet, piano room with 2 armchairs and formal lounge with open fireplace and settees and an armchair.
Upstairs there is a master bedroom (king size double) with en suite and gallery area, guest bedroom (queen size double) with en suite, bedroom three (standard double) with shower/wc and gallery with further sofa bed, bedroom four (single with extra bed full size) and en suite, bedroom five (single with extra bed) and en suite.
Located 3 miles from Exmouth and a 15 minute drive from the centre of Exeter, it is set in Woodbury Common with the nearest neighbouring property a quarter of a mile away.
