Modern kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, regret no washing machine. Lounge/diner with TV and DVD.
Check in from 4:00 PM, check out by 10:00 AM.

Silver Birch has 3 luxury apartments located in Exmouth. With its 2 miles of golden sand and fascinating rock pools, it's a paradise for children and adults alike.
Exmouth is on the estuary of the River Exe which is internationally known for its wildlife, and Silver Birch is a perfect location for exploring the numerous delights in Devon with so much to see and do in the area. The South Devon coastline has many sheltered coves and long sandy beaches to explore as well as clifftop walks to enjoy such as the Jurassic coastline which is a World Heritage Site. The accommodation is 8 miles from the historic city of Exeter with its museums, cinemas and high street shops. Silver Birch is in an ideal location and a 5 minute stroll will take you to the beach and town centre where you will find a wide variety of shops, entertainment and history. There is also a ferry or water taxi which will take you to fun-packed Dawlish Warren beach and nature reserve.
All properties have off-road parking. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking. 1 pet by arrangement. Beach, pubs and shops all walking distance. Arrival time 4pm.
