About Rufus Stone Houseboat:
Enjoy a unique holiday experience aboard a 138ft houseboat that has undergone a conversion from an oil tanker.
Rufus Stone offers a spacious main saloon equipped with large screen TV, Sky, DVD and Playstation 2, complemented with surround sound. Also provided is a selection of games, books & DVD's.
The kitchen is fitted with gas oven and hob, fridge, microwave and a dining area that seats 8 people.
The sleeping quarters comprise of the:-
Master Cabin with a king size bed, LCD TV, SKY, DVD player & surround sound.
Cabin 2 has a double bed, LCD TV, SKY, DVD player & surround sound.
Cabin 3 contains 2 single bunk beds which is suitable for children, LCD TV, SKY shared from Cabin 2 & a DVD Player.
Sleeping for a further 2 people is available on a full size futon. If more than 6 in a party there is an additional cost of £50.00 per person per week or for SB's £10.00 pppn - max 8
There are 2 shower rooms each fitted with a WC and wash hand basin
An aft saloon leads to the outside decked areas, with an upper deck comprising of a 5 hole putting green.
Within the boat is a 15ft x 8ft swimming pool. This area has a spiral staircase leading onto an extensive decked area, which now has a large outdoor snakes & ladders board.
Moored on the tidal River Torridge in Bideford, this houseboat offers all the comforts of modern living.
