Stokeleigh cottage has a large open-plan lounge/dining area/kitchen upstairs. The well equipped kitchen includes electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, washer/drier and a dishwasher. The lounge area has digital TV video, DVD player, CD hi-fi, books and games and telephone. (There is a double sofa bed as an alternative sleeping arrangement.)

Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and space for cot. The second bedroom has 3ft bunk beds. The bathroom has wc, handbasin and bath with shower.

Outside Stokeleigh has its own attractive private garden with patio. There is a boules/petanque pitch which is shared with our neighbouring cottage, Bramleigh. There is parking for two cars.

About Stokeleigh Cottages:

Stokeleigh and Bramleigh are two converted barns. They are family second homes and have both been recently refurbished to provide the highest quality self catering accommodation and are excellent for family holidays and an ideal retreat throughout the year.

They are set in a wonderful rural location with country walks from the doorstep and are only a short drive from some of the best beaches in the south west, including Bantham, Bigbury, Thurlestone, Hope Cove, Torcross, Slapton and Blackpool Sands. You will be spoilt for choice! They are close to Kingsbridge, Salcombe and Dartmouth. Plymouth is approximately 30 minutes away. The spectular Dartmoor National Park is about 10 miles to the north. The area has something for everyone and is ideal for sailing, boat trips, surfing, fishing, golf, walking, riding and cycling. There are many fine pubs, restaurants and interesting shops in the local towns.
