Whether you want a quiet romantic break for two with al fresco dining overlooking Dartmoor... or if you want to take the family away to enjoy fishing, walking, cycling, archery, swimming or surfing, horse riding or sampling the local tipple then you?ll certainly enjoy your stay.

Set in 3½ acres of landscaped grounds, Lakeview is a truly tranquil setting, located next to a working farm and surrounded by woods. You can enjoy breakfast on the terrace, hearing the delightful bird song. Then why not indulge in a splash in the indoor pool or relax in the sauna. Spend the day fishing in the well stocked private lake. Stroll to the local pub to sample some local tipple with a hearty meal. With the spectacular Dartmoor views from the terrace, why not share a bottle of wine until the sun sets then enjoy the amazing stars and silence.

The main ensuite bedroom has a double bed, whilst the lounge area includes a leather sofabed which opens out to a full sized permanent use double bed. TV, video/DVD and CD player are all available. There is a well equiped kitchen including cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, iron and clothes dryer. A high chair and cot are also available.

The cottage has a very good sized south facing terrace which enjoys spectacular views of Dartmoor. The terrace is fully enclosed, with table and seating, with BBQ.

Laundry facilities, public pay phone, indoor swimming pool and fishing lake are all shared with the other 12 cottages at Lakeview rise.

Towels can be provided at a cost of £10 per week
Pool & sauna open all year.

20% deposit required to secure your booking. Full payment required 1 month prior to occupation, payable by cheque. £50 refundable deposit for loss of key, breakages or if excessive cleaning is required.

Check in from 10:00 AM, check out by 4:00 PM.
