The accommodation comprises of twin bedroom with 2 single beds, double bedroom. There is also a small single bedroom on the ground floor. Linen (duvets) and towels included. Bathroom with bath and shower. Separate wc. Sleeps up to 4 adults and 1 child or baby.

Lounge with colour TV, video, radio/cassette/CD and multi-fuel stove. Telephone is incoming only. Well equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer. Dining area. Booster seat, travel cot and stairgate provided for younger guests.

Garden with furniture. Roadside parking nearby or public car park 200 yds (FOC).

Short breaks are available at £175 for 3 nights and £135 for 2 nights per couple (including baby under 2). Additional persons are £15 per person.

Pets (max 2) are charged at £3 per night per pet.

For stays of 7 nights or longer, there is a discount of 20% on the weekly rental if the accommodation is only occupied by a maximum of 2 people in the party. Babies under 2 years do not count in the party total. This discount applies to full weeks up until Friday 18 July and from 5 September excluding Christmas, New Year and half term holidays.
