Accommodation comprises of an open plan living room with sofa-bed, dining area and modern fitted kitchen area with microwave, cooker and fridge. Includes comfortable lounge area with colour TV and video. Double bedroom, the property sleeps 2 adults and 1 child. Travel cot, duvets with linen and towels plus electric blanket provided.

One acre garden shared with owner (70 yards). Private parking in owner's layby 50 yards.
