This immaculate, sunny, ground floor garden apartment has recently been refurbished to a high standard. The apartment looks over a peaceful country valley with sea views from the garden. The 40ft exclusive sunny terrace is well equipped with outdoor furniture, a barbecue and large awning.
Stable door to light and airy, open plan living area with polished wood floor throughout. The sitting area, divided off from the kitchen, has large patio doors that open to the terrace and is most comfortably furnished with a large sofa (converts to a 4ft 6in double bed), chairs, TV/VCR/DVD, separate stereo cassette/CD player. Attractive flame effect electric fire. The neat, well-fitted and equipped kitchen has an electric cooker, with ceramic hob and double oven, microwave, family size integral fridge and freezer, dishwasher and dining table to seat 6. The lobby with washer/dryer, ironing facilities and storage area leads on into the double bedroom. This room is compact and has a pretty 4ft 6in wrought iron bedstead, a range of fitted mirrored wardrobes and an en-suite tiled wet room with shower, basin and wc. The twin bedroom (room for a cot or a put-u-up bed) has two 3ft beds, with a front window and wardrobe. Adjacent bathroom with bath, basin and wc.
Several steps with handrail lead from the gravelled car park up a continuing gradient to a shared pathway to the property. A broad, paved, terrace and gardens exclusive to Quay Sands surround the apartment, ideal for outside living in the summer and equipped with table, chairs, barbecue and picnic bench. An area of lawn extends beyond the terrace that overlooks the valley. This property is not suitable for wheelchairs.
