About Prospect Cottage:
Situated almost on the edge of one of the few remaining unspoilt, quiet and sleepy rural South Ham's villages, within walking distance of a great olde-worlde pub that serves good, very reasonably priced evening meals. This is the perfect spot for a winter or mid season break for a couple, being very comfortable, cosy and warm with quality bedroom furniture, an inglenook fireplace, several pieces of antique furniture and effects, attractive bay windows, most of which overlook the garden and have window seats. Bottle of wine on arrival.
Entrance porch. Sitting room with ultimately comfy sofa and arm chair, inglenook with efficient wood-burning stove, 27" flat screen TV - most Sky channels, stereo hi-fi system. Adjoining further area with sofa and small desk. Archway into well fitted kitchen with electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen "gadgets". Dining room with table, chairs and door to rear courtyard. Wood laminate flooring and rugs downstairs. Upstairs: Two double bedrooms, both with TV (Sky), very comfortable 5ft double beds, fitted cupboards and cream coloured carpets, all of which are high quality. Radio/CD and DVD.
