Smart kitchen with warm terracotta tiled floor, fitted cream units, beech wood worktops, gas hob and built-under electric oven, microwave, integral fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, CD and radio, glass topped dining table to seat 8 and French doors to the garden. Stairs to half landing with access to the rear decked courtyard. Further steps up to four lovely and handsomely furnished bedrooms. Twin bedroom (3ft beds) with co-ordinated furnishings. Two double bedrooms both with 4ft 6in beds. Family bathroom with bath and electric shower over plus hand shower, basin and wc. Master bedroom with 5ft double bed, fitted wardrobes and elegant en-suite bathroom with bath, electric shower over, hand shower, basin and wc.

A shared driveway curves round the side of the church to the property. A lawn (not enclosed) extends in front of the house, screened with a hedge on one side, with a paved terrace provided with table and chairs. At the rear is a very private decked terrace with steps down to a paved area bordered with banks.
