Wilhayes Barn is our largest property and has stunning views to Dartmoor. The large open plan kitchen, dining, sitting room is overlooked by an impressive galleried sitting area, to create a big, open and airy space. Off the main room are two twin bedrooms and a bathroom with a power shower over the bath. Upstairs there is a master double bedroom with an en-suite shower room with a loo. The galleried sitting area (with a second TV) provides additional space and includes a single sofa bed. A further single bed is kept in an alcove off this area. The arrangement of space in Wilhayes makes it very popular with parties of two families, and the main living area has often been used as a venue for dinners and parties by groups booking several cottages.

Outside is a south facing patio area from which you can marvel at the spectacular views.

Short breaks are generally available throughout the year excluding school holidays. Prices for 3 nights are generally around 60% of the price for the week. Additional nights are charged at 1/7th of the weekly price for the week on which the nights fall. Late bookings are available throughout the year subject to availability.

Prices include all bed linen (excluding cots), tea towels, use of the swimming pool, games room, tennis court and pitch & putt.

Electricity (including night storage heaters) is metered and towels are not supplied. Typical costs are £15 in summer and £50 in winter. Travel cots, highchairs and stairgates are all available at no additional charge.

There is a charge of £20 per week or part thereof per pet. The sauna is extra.

Check in from 4:00 PM, check out by 10:00 AM.

About West Banbury Farm:

We make our cottages as inviting as possible because we want you to feel as welcome as possible. That's why all guests are greeted with locally home made cake, drinks and fresh flowers. If there's something special you'd like we are happy to oblige.

Because the cottages are all different and vary in size, we are an ideal venue for large gatherings of family and friends, our larger cottages, Haybarn and Wilhayes providing a good space for everyone to get together. Equally, with our attractive one bedroom cottages, we can offer a superb holiday for couples.

The cottages are comfortable for all-year round holidays. They retain much of their character with exposed stonework and vaulted ceilings. We look after the cottages ourselves and you will find them spotlessly clean and well maintained.

All cottages have electric night storage heaters and heated towel rails by meter reading, double glazing, fridge/freezer (or separate fridge and freezer), washer/dryer, radio/CD, TV, DVD, microwave, garden furniture and shared barbecues. Wilhayes and Hay Barn have dishwashers. All the kitchens are well equipped and have everything you need to prepare a children's tea or something a little fancier for the adults.

We have three one bedroom cottages sleeping between 2 and 3 people, five two bedroom cottages sleeping between 4 and 5 people, one cottage sleeping 6 and one cottage which can sleep up to 8 people.
