Perched high above the Taw Valley and enjoying glorious views, yet only 1 mile from the village pub and shop, this delightful cottage is a haven of peace and tranquility. Approached by a private lane, it is set near the owners' home, with its own small fenced garden and with access to a paddock, field and play area. The cottage is located on Hill Farm, which is a superb base for exploring this lovely region ? cosy inns in pretty villages serve good food, real ales and cream teas, and north Devon's sandy beaches, coves, Exmoor and Dartmoor are all within 40 minutes' drive. Nearby, the Tarka Trail offers scenic walking and cycling. Fishing and golf locally. Barnstaple and South Molton are both 12 miles.

Beamed sitting room with electric 'wood burner effect' fire and TV. Beamed fitted kitchen/dining room. Bathroom/wc, shower attachment. The first floor has a double bedroom and twin bedded room both with exposed roof timbers. Linen (duvets) are included.

Parking, fenced garden, patio with furniture, shared paddock and enclosed children's play area with swings.
