Dunchideock is a small village, 4 miles south of Exeter, Devon. We are located 3 miles from the A38 at Haldon Hill/ Exeter Racecourse exit, down through the Haldon forest, past the Laurence Castle, Belvedere Tower. The newly opened Haldon Belvedere Forest Nature Trail is 1 mile away, with Forest Walks and Panoramic Views. Canonteign Falls is only 4 miles distance, set in the Teign Valley.

Outside there's a garden, parking, terrace, 4 garden chairs. Private walled garden is lit at night, 2 bicycles can be used if required, washing machine and tumble dryer are available in a separate utility room.
Local activities include cycling, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, roller blading, sailing, ski, swimming, tennis, walking, wind-surfing.
