Lifton Hall Hotel is situated just off the A30, around 3 miles from the Devon/Cornwall border. A grade II listed building, the hotel was originally 3 separate cottages that date back to the 16th century, with some interesting additions in the 1850s. The hotel restaurant and bar serves food every evening, using (where possible) locally sourced fresh produce, simply, yet, deliciously cooked. Prices range from 5 GBP for a bar snack, up to 15 GBP for a main course. Full roast lunch is available on Sundays. A full English breakfast is served each morning, with a number of healthier options also available. The hotel can accommodate private functions; meetings, dinners or buffets can be readily arranged.
